Shipping policy

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, pre-orders typically require 8–10 weeks for production and fulfillment, beginning once the pre-order period closes. The end date for each pre-order will be listed at the top of the product description

Please keep in mind that production and shipping timelines may shift due to manufacturing or logistical factors. The date provided is an estimate, not a guarantee, and your order may arrive outside the original timeframe.

 

Combined Orders
If you purchase an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, your order will ship once the pre-order is ready. If you would like the in-stock item to arrive sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

In-Stock Items
Items that are currently in stock usually ship within 2–3 business days.

If there is a delay in shipping (for example, if we are temporarily away from the studio), a notice with the expected shipping start date will be displayed at the top of the product description.
